models. Any kind of performance thought of from
mild to wild was researched and developed by Rob
Schooping and the HTG crew!

We bring to the plate state of the art twin pipes with
a lightweight canister. With keeping dB levels down
HTG found 14-15 more HP with our newly designed
twin pipes. If that's not enough then step it up with
the big boys and make your stock Fusion 600 into
one of our 660 or 701 Giant Killer Big Bore Kits.
Whether in the mountains or crossing a lake your
Fusion can be first to reach the other side!

HTG 1000, 1100 & 1200 BB Kit
The Ultimate in trail performance! A variable exhaust valve,
nikasil bore set of HTG cylinders and heads that produce 225
to 275 pump gas reliable trail performance horsepower! The
newest state of the art performance cylinders are available
- send us your bottom end and we can completely assemble
and dyno test your engine for bolt on performance beyond
belief! 1999 and up XCR owners will utilize the stock VES
controllers and other Polaris triples will have these parts
supplied.

Your previously purchased HTG triple pipes will work on this
kit for the same quiet performance you are used to.

Kit includes: Crankcase Porting and Clearance,
Crank Welding, 3 Ported VES, Nikasil Cylinders,
3 HTG Cyl. Heads, Coated Pistons, Rings, Pins,
Clips, Gaskets and Assembly.

VForce Reeds, 44mm Lectron Flat Side and HTG
pipes are recommended for Ultimate Package which
utilizes the stock muffler for no hassle, seen but not
heard performance.
