Ordering and Shipping
Information
• To Place An Order:
Call (716) 773-6131 during regular business
hours.
• Payment:
Payment for merchandise and services accepted by
cash and credit card only. All credit card
purchases are subject to credit limit approval.
All COD shipments must be paid by certified check
or money order. No COD services available outside
the USA.
• Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notice.
We will always do our best to keep prices to a
minimum. HTG is not responsible for typo pricing
errors.
• Returns:
We will not accept returns of special order items
or electrical parts for any reason. And a 25%
restocking fee may be charged on returned items.
• Backorders:
All back ordered items will be shipped unless
customer specifies not to. Refused back order
shipments are subject to refused COD terms.
• Warning:
Performance parts have been engineered for high
performance and racing machines. They have been
tested and used under race conditions. We strongly
recommend that these modifications be carried out
by a skilled professional mechanic. HTG disclaims
liability for all damages and/or injuries
resulting from improper use. We assume no
responsibility for products which are incorrectly
installed or tuned, nor for any other parts
affected. It is understood that many performance
modifications will void the machine warranty.
• Shipping:
All orders are shipped FedEx
unless otherwise specified. All rush orders must
be received by 12 noon.
• Shipping to HTG:
When shipping items to us for modification or any
other reason, be sure items are wrapped securely.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged
due to improper transit. Any claims for such
damage should be made directly to the freight
carrier.
• Modifications:
Items sent to HTG for modification should include
a letter with your name, address, phone number,
year make and model of the machine; as well as the
services desired, type of fuel used and intended
use of the machine.
• Refused COD:
HTG charges a 25% restocking fee to your account
and shipping costs both ways should you order
merchandise, change your mind and refuse the
package when we ship the item within 30 days of
order placement. These charges are the purchasers
responsibility and become a collection item with
addition of collection costs if not paid within 30
days.
